- Career and Guidance Cell of Govt. College, Bassa (Gohar) organized a career and guidance lectures by Bhupesh, a language instructor on 16th August, 2022 under the abled Guidance of Principal, Prof. Surina Sharma. Students of B.Sc. 3rd year participated in the lecture at Lecture Hall – 1 of Science block and B.A. students at multipurpose Hall of ARTS Block
- On 13th August 2022, flag hoisting and various competitions were organized on the ocassion of “Har Ghar Tiranga” event under the ageis of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav at Govt. College, Basaa (Gohar). The Chief Guest of the program, College Principal Prof. Surina Sharma hoisted and saluted the Tiranga and took the salute of the parade by NCC cadets. In various competitions like Declamation, Patriotic poem recitation, patriotic song competition and quiz competition were organized.
- On 12th August 2022, a grand event of “Har Ghar Tiranga Rally” was organized in the Government College Basa (Gohar) under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. The rally was flagged off by the college Principal Prof. Surina Sharma. The purpose of the rally was to motivate people to put up the tricolor at every house. Rally from college campus, with tricolor in hand, with full zeal and patriotism, Raising slogans, singing patriotic songs, reaching the SDM office via Bassa Chowk with singing slogans and patriotic songs and reached the college campus. NCC NSS, Rover and Ranger, Red Ribbon Club, Eco Club, Youth Red Cross, Road Safety Club, all college students and club in-charge teachers and non-teaching staff members participated in this rally. At the end of the rally, refreshments were also given to all the college students.
